Lisa Jackson, Class of 1999
President
At University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. While at UMES, she was a part of the cheerleading squad. In addition to her role as President she is also a member of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Prior to becoming the Chapter's President, Lisa served as the 1st Vice President from 2022-2024. Lisa is a LIFE MEMBER of the UMES National Alumni Association.
Dr. Valerie Robinson, Class of 2002
3rd Vice President
At University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), Valerie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. While at UMES, she was an active member of the Concert Choir, Ambiance Dance Company, UMES Pom Pons and joined Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Prior to becoming the Chapter's 3rd Vice President, she served as Corresponding Secretary from 2022-2024 and Chaplain from 2020-2022. Valerie is a life member of the UMES National Alumni Association.
Teonna Wallop, Class of 2000
Immediate Past President
At University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), Teonna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science. While at UMES, she was an active member of the Student Government Association and joined Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. In addition to her role as Immediate Past President, Teonna serves as President of the UMES National Alumni Association. Teonna served as President of the Chapter from 2020-2024. Prior to being the President, she served as the Chapter's Treasurer from 2018-2020. Teonna also served as the UMES representative for the DC HBCU Alumni Alliance from 2019-2024. Teonna is a LIFE MEMBER of the UMES National Alumni Association.
Tashaunya Blake, Class of 2001

At University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Tashaunya earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Tashaunya is serving her second term as Recording Secretary. Tashaunya is a member of the UMES National Alumni Association.
Shenika Sledge, Class of 2011
1st Vice President
At University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), Shenika earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. While at UMES, she was a member of the Student Government Association. Prior to becoming the Chapter's 1st Vice President, Shenika served as 2nd Vice President from 2022-2024. Shenika is a member of the UMES National Alumni Association.
Drena McDaniel, Class of 1995
Treasurer
At University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), Drena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Drena is serving her second term as Treasurer. Drena is a member of the UMES National Alumni Association.
Dr. Jaracus Copes, Class of 2000
Sgt-at-Arms
At University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), Jaracus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. While at UMES, he joined Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. In addition to his role as Sgt-at-Arms, Jaracus serves as the Higher Education Committee Coordinator for the DC HBCU Alumni Alliance. Prior to his role as Sgt-at-Arms, Jaracus served as the Chapter's 3rd Vice President from 2020-2024. Jaracus is a member of the UMES National Alumni Association.
